tool that shows you how to increase a borrower's credit score. Our
Credit Xpert Credit Analyzer provides key information about a consumer's
credit report and describes the best actions to take to increase
their FICO score. The Credit Xpert What-If Simulator gives you the
ability to alter information on individual accounts and calculate

InfileDirect
Receive 1 bureau or 2 or 3 bureau merged infile reports through
the Internet. With a high speed Internet connection you will receive
your reports in 10 seconds.
InfileDirect Plus
Innovative Credit Services’ online system will allow you to order trade line updates
electronically…no more faxing! Trade updates are ordered directly
from the web-based report from an easy-to-use template window. The
system will track all requests, work in progress and charges associated
with each credit file.
Mortgage Only program
Through Innovative Credit Services’ online system, our clients
can receive mortgage only reports through the click of a button.
FannieMae DO/DU
Innovative Credit Services’s online system can issue Fannie
numbers on the initial pull, which allows the reports to be re-issued
by Fannie Mae at a later date.
Flood Search Services
Innovative Credit Services is a national strategic partner with
GeoTrac providing national flood search services. This partnership
provides Innovative Credit Services the ability to offer flood services
through the same online system at very competitive rates.
Fraud Alert
